Stephanie Conrad was born, raised and continues to live in the Dover area, right outside of Plant City. She has been involved in Production Agriculture since birth, as her great-grandparents, grandparents and parents were all involved in fruit and vegetable production, as well as raising cattle. Stephanie was very actively involved in FFA throughout middle & high school, which only drove her desire to stay invested as an adult. She is married to her high-school sweetheart, Jason and they have 4 incredible kids (Anna, Madilyn, Shalee & Tucker). Stephanie and her husband currently operate her family's cattle operation, which has been in existence for 5 generations and now spans across Hillsborough and Polk Counties. She and her family have spent the last 12 years raising, selling and showing cattle across the country and have met some incredible individuals along the way. She has served the Florida Cattlemen's Association for the past 12 years as Chair and Vice Chair of the Youth Committee, which oversees the Junior Florida Cattlemen's Association. She is the current Board President for the newly developed non-profit organization, Youth Leaders in Production Agriculture, which she helped to develop. Stephanie has a true passion for youth development and agriculture and has also volunteered many hours with FFA & 4-H. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family - sporting events, hunting, fishing, and boating are a few of their favorite past times. She especially loves watching her son play Travel Baseball and just being with her girls, whenever possible!
