    Branded Nutrition: Brandie Trimble

Brandie Trimble seeks to make a mark in the community by offering more than just a workout to her clients. Although dually certified in both personal and functional training, Brandie's passion arrowheads in combining food with balanced nutrition and activity you love to help you build a sustainable program that leaves you feeling empowered. Her focus is to help clients build a program they can manage despite schedule and time restraints and teach them ways to rethink food- not diet.

Brandie holds a degree in Health Science from UF and has subsequent certifications in Sports Nutrition, Exercise Therapy, Autoimmune Conditions and Group Fitness. She began her journey in fitness when she faced a Lupus diagnosis that gave a prognosis she wasn't ok with. Through years of experience on her own journey to healing through food, as well as countless client journeys, Brandie hopes to brand a form of fitness that leaves lifestyle the only option around. She is building a brand that helps to show women how to feel better with the power of nutrition, think clearer by educating them on their own bodies and what works best for them and how to own where they are in order to help them live with quality and longevity.

Instant New York Times and USA Today bestseller! Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley's intimate and inspirational book celebrates the world's most iconic women leaders.

“If you want something said, ask a man. If you want something done, ask a woman.” ―Margaret Thatcher

In the spirit of Thatcher’s quote, Ambassador Nikki R. Haley offers inspiring examples of women who worked against obstacles and opposition to get things done―including Haley herself. As a brown girl growing up in Bamberg, South Carolina, no one would have predicted she would become the first minority female governor in America, the first female and the first minority governor in South Carolina, or the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations. Her journey wasn’t an easy one. She faced many people who thought she didn’t belong―and who told her so. She was too brown. Too female. Too young. Too conservative. Too principled. Too idealistic. As far as Nikki was concerned, those were not reasons to hold her back. Those were all reasons to forge ahead.

All hands on deck!  Aspire members: please help us stock the bar for our quickly approaching Kentucky Derby party by bringing a bottle of your favorite liquor, mixer, or variety pack of hard seltzer.  Last year we had an abundance of vodka, so our goal is to have more variety this year!

Venus plans to get a head start before the party so she can walk to businesses near Roots to ask for basket and gift card donations.  If you are able to get to Roots by 4:30PM to walk around with her, that would be even better!

We'd love to have a gift basket valued at $100 or more from each Aspire member to raffle off at the event.  The stock the bar party is a great time to drop off the baskets so we can get pictures and promote the baskets before the Kentucky Derby party!

Mark your calendars for April 25th and plan to join us to drop off your favorite drink ingredients and a gift basket between 4:30 and 5:30 and then stick around for a glass of wine from Roots for some social time.
